3. Cancellations & Refunds

    • Less than 72 hours before service: No refund.
  • No-shows will not be refunded.

  • Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and responsibly during the trip.
  • Smoking, drug use, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.
  • The customer is liable for any damage caused to the vehicle by passengers.
  • The driver reserves the right to refuse service if safety is compromised.

5. Service Delays & Liability

  • We strive to provide timely and reliable service, but are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services.

6. Insurance & Safety

  • All our vehicles are properly licensed and insured in accordance with local laws.
  • Seat belts should be worn where available. The Company is not responsible for injuries resulting from failure to comply.
